Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible, the tearpuffer must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges:
If you received a damaged or defective Tearpuffer Menthol Vaporizer, we will exchange it for a new one upon verification.
